What is skip tracing?

Do I have to buy credits or sign up for a subscription?
No! When you place your order, we put a hold on your debit or credit card based on how many results you are requesting. Once your results are in, you only get charged for the results we can get you contact information for. No per search fees, no monthly retainers or subscriptions - just pay per result.
Do you have minimum and maximum order amounts?
We don't believe maximums! As of this time, you can upload a CSV with a minimum of 60 contacts on it-- all the way up to the thousands! But you still only pay per the verified results you get back- even if your results total less than our 60 contact minimum.
Is there a set up fee?
No! There are absolutely zero set up fees, no admin fees, no hidden fees. What you see is what you get.
Is this tool only for Real Estate investors?
No! Although most of our clients are Real Estate professionals and use the data to find hard to locate home-owners, other industries that use skip tracing are Banks and debt collectors, attorneys, call centers, private investigators, law enforcement, and more.
What information do you need to skip trace someone?
For best results you will need First Name, Last Name, Address, City State, Zip in separate columns. On the ordering page, we provide you with a pre-formatted CSV template you're able to download to ensure there aren't issues with uploading your order.
How long does it take to get my results?
We always try to be as speedy as possible while still providing you the most accurate and verified data. Depending on the size of your list, you could get your order back anywhere from 1 to 2 business days.
What is your refund policy?
We do not allow refund requests at this time for any reason. Once an order is submitted, we are not able to offer any cancellations.
